Archangel
"Archangel" - ink, watercolor and gouache on paper - 15" x 20"
Finished!
Hmm... should I keep the white border around it?... I kind of like it.
Ah well, I'll let it stew for a while and decide later.
On to the next!

Beautiful. For some reason, I feel sad looking at this, because he's alone all himself in this severe-looking weather.
What I mean is...the archangle looks sophisticated! in a good way.
I like the fact that his wing is extending through the white border.

It has less impact.
But I love the painting and the whole mood of it is great.
Its intense.
