I'm hungry for this information also. I'm gathering it's watercolor that you are using for the backgrounds in your works... are you using salt to get the bleached out effect?? If so, you do it incredibly well!

It's just water =). Experiment with dripping water on your washes and you can get some pretty interesting effects!
